Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to lead software hiring for the Air Dominance and Strike division. Independent, SME-level role shaping long-term talent strategy and recruitment governance within a fast-paced defense tech environment.

The position is hybrid onsite across multiple U.S. locations and remote, with contract-only terms and potential conversion. Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and DoD clearance eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.

Responsibilities

Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high-impact projects.
Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
