Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Hardware within the Air Dominance and Strike division. The role is contract with hybrid onsite options in Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, DC, Boston, or remote. You will drive talent strategy for hardware teams and engage top-tier candidates across the org.

Candidates should have 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong data-driven storytelling skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex info simply and drive data-driven narrative.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing best practices.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and innovating processes.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects.
• Develop recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers and leadership to shape strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews to improve ratios.
• Build talent maps and monitor market trends.
• Represent Anduril's brand and drive candidate experience.
