Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter for hardware, focused on Air Dominance and Strike. This contract role is hybrid/remote with DoD clearance eligibility and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations.

The recruiter will autonomously drive talent strategy, leverage tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and partner with senior leaders to improve interview-to-offer outcomes in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information in simple terms with data-driven storytelling.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Strong collaboration across functions and TA-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor on complex hires.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies with automation and data extraction.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and leadership to shape strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates and reviews.
• Engage passive candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email.
• Build talent maps and monitor market intelligence to adjust strategies.
• Represent Anduril's brand and drive high-quality candidate experiences.
