Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting for hardware, production, and engineering roles. You will partner with production leaders to define hiring needs and drive process improvements in a lean, fast-moving team.

This 6-month hybrid contract in Reston, VA or Washington, DC offers extension and potential conversion. You will build talent maps, engage passive candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while representing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience with multiple hires per cycle.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced settings for hardware, production or manufacturing roles.
• Onsite/hybrid availability at Reston, VA or DC area.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and optimize interview-to-offer conversions.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company brand.
