Qualifications

• Full charge bookkeeping experience required.
• Public accounting firm experience preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks; Pro-Advisor desired.
• Strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the San Antonio area.
• Ability to work offsite with multiple clients.

Responsabilités

• Represent firm to clients face to face, by video, and on the phone.
• Perform full charge bookkeeping tasks including COA creation and financial statements.
• Post journal entries and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Prepare and train clients in QuickBooks.
• Process payroll reporting in compliance with laws.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze trends.
• Collaborate on multiple client books and projects.
• Travel for off-site client meetings as needed.
