Hire Latam LLC is seeking a highly detailed, remote Bookkeeper to own day-to-day books for multiple US client accounts, with 100% focus on QuickBooks Desktop. This role requires mastering QB Desktop and the ability to input and reconcile data from statements without relying solely on automated feeds.

You will manage bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll allocations, and monthly close while maintaining strong client communication and strict attention to accuracy in a US-based CPA setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Proven track record working with US-based businesses and US bookkeeping rules.
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency inside QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
• Working familiarity with QuickBooks Online configurations.
• Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
• A relentless eye for detail and careful data review before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manages full charge bookkeeping cycles for a diverse portfolio of US businesses.
• Enters manual transactions from statements into bank/credit card registers.
• Performs batch entries and coordinates file imports when credentials are available.
• Executes month-end close workflows and reconciliations.
