Job summary

ADKF |with you all the way is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to join a collaborative, client-focused team in the San Antonio area. The role involves maintaining financial records, posting transactions, preparing journals, and ensuring payroll compliance with state and federal requirements.

You will train client personnel, reconcile accounts, and generate reports. This position requires a full-charge bookkeeping background, experience with QuickBooks, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Full charge bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks; Pro-Advisor desired.
• Experience in public accounting firm preferred.
• Strong customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and team-oriented; ability to work offsite when needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent firm to clients face to face, by video, and on the phone.
• Post journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations; print trial balance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Prepare payroll reporting in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Train clients in QuickBooks and maintain subsidiary accounts.
• Handle multiple client books and assist with client clean-up projects.
• This role will frequently involve off-site client meetings.
