Yugabyte seeks a strategic FP&A leader to drive the GTM engine and corporate FP&A as we scale toward $100M+ ARR. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate growth ambitions into measurable forecasts, ROI analyses, and actionable plans.

You’ll build robust financial models, mentor a high-performing team, and present to the C-suite and board. Hybrid work surrounds our Sunnyvale footprint with strong compensation and equity options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience with 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience in a $150M+ ARR enterprise B2B software company preferred.
• Deep understanding of License, SaaS and consumption/usage-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM FP&A planning, forecasting, comp strategy, and revenue reporting.
• Build GTM metrics dashboards (ARR, churn, CAC, GRR, NRR, Magic Number).
• Own annual plan and quarterly forecasts; model capacity for sales hiring.
• Evaluate ROI on investments to drive top-line growth and gross margins.
• Prepare dashboards for executives and board with clear narratives.
• Drive RevOps data integrity and single source of truth.
