Job summary

Dataminr is seeking a Director of FP&A to own the strategic annual operating plan for its go-to-market organization. You will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics used by the executive team for real-time, data-driven decisions.

You will build sharp financial models covering capacity, pricing moves, M&A trade-offs, and ROI, and lead end-to-end sales reporting in collaboration with Rev Ops.

Qualifications

• Fluency in SaaS financial concepts including financial statements, accruals, COGS, CAC, LTV, Magic Number.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning and forecasting for GTM, pressure-test ROI, translate strategy into resource plans.
• Build and manage dynamic financial models for sales capacity, new markets, pricing, M&A, investments.
• Partner with GTM leadership in monthly budget reviews and investment decisions.
• Own the sales reporting end-to-end and collaborate with Rev Ops on data and insights.
