Job summary

Clutch is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with our Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). You will own financial models and reporting linking pipeline, bookings, and spend to revenue and profitability targets.

You'll operate at the intersection of Finance and GTM leadership, translating operational metrics into financial insight to help invest smarter and faster.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A or related experience in SaaS or subscription business.
• Strong SaaS metrics understanding (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR/GRR).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; FP&A/EPM tools a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM; ability to pull pipeline data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; translate financials for non-finance stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Learn GTM structure, systems, and close/forecast calendar within 3 months.
• Build GTM reporting: variance analysis, KPI dashboards, budget vs actual.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CS stakeholders and join planning reviews.
• Understand sales compensation and current-year budget assumptions.
• Own GTM forecast cycle end-to-end within 6 months.
• Be the main finance contact for GTM leaders and flag risks/opps.
• Deliver first board or QBR section for GTM metrics.
• Lead cross-functional analysis and implement process improvements.
