Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and accounts payable or a related field.
• Prior payroll processing experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi-weekly payroll processing for BHC, RAH, and Construction, including review, approval, and submission.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll questions.
• Set up and maintain new hire, termination, and pay-rate change records.
• Process wage garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered payroll deductions.
• Track and reconcile PTO, sick leave, and other accrual balances.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on benefits enrollment changes affecting payroll.
• Maintain payroll compliance with wage and hour laws and confidential payroll files.
• Record payroll costs in Yardi via CSV journal entry import.
