You will handle core accounting functions, including AP/AR, monthly financial reporting, and assisting with month-end close, with hands-on involvement across the financial processes. This position seeks detail-oriented professionals with a 3+ year background and a Bachelor's in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR and general accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Experience with macros or process automation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support timely collections and disbursements.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks.
