Qualifications

• 4+ years in Coverage/Access or related payer roles.
• Valid US driver's license with ≤3 moving violations in 2 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Supports Dermatology accounts with new account experiences, educating staff to embed streamlined processes for patient care.
• Monitors data dashboards and intervenes in escalated cases where access is at risk.
• Collaborates with HUB case managers to ensure patients stay on track and receive medicines.
• Partners with SP NAE and SP account managers to resolve issues and support patient care.
• Coordinates with Regional and District Sales Leads and Clinical Account Specialists daily.
• Leads field initiatives when payer changes affect the local, regional, or national market.
