Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive in the New Orleans, LA area. You will work with Healthcare providers to educate on payer processes and ensure timely patient access to UCB medicines within a hybrid field role.

You will collaborate with HUB, SP, CAS, and regional teams to manage authorizations, appeals, and patient shipments, while driving access solutions across Dermatology accounts and IDNs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in biopharmaceutical or related Market Access roles.
• 4 years in Coverage/Access, Reimbursement, or payer environments.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory (New Orleans area).

Responsibilities

• Supports Dermatology accounts to improve patient access and education within care settings.
• Monitors payer data dashboards and escalates cases to ensure timely access for patients.
• Collaborates with HUB case managers to ensure authorizations, appeals, and shipments align with deadlines.
• Interacts with SP and IDN/Academic SPs to facilitate patient access and bridge to commercial support.
• Communicates with Regional and District Sales Leads to ensure offices are supported and payer changes are addressed.
• Leads field-based initiatives when payer changes affect local, regional, or national markets.
