Job summary

UCB is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive in the Market Access & Reimbursement team, based in the West Florida territory (greater Tampa, FL). You will support patient access to UCB medicines by educating providers and navigating payer barriers to ensure timely treatment initiation.

You will engage with dermatology accounts, HUB teams, SP partners and IDNs to protect access, coordinate authorizations, appeals, and shipments, and lead field initiatives in response to payer changes, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years in biopharmaceutical Market Access or related roles.
• 4+ years in Coverage/Access or Reimbursement.
• Valid US Driver's License with ≤3 moving violations in 2 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support Dermatology accounts to improve patient access to UCB medicines.
• Monitor dashboards and coordinate with partners to protect access.
• Work with HUB case managers to keep patients on track and ensure timely access.
• Collaborate with SP NAE and external SP account managers on patient cases.
• Lead field initiatives when payer changes affect access and educate accounts.
