Job summary

UCB in Atlanta South is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive to support patient access for UCB Immunology medicines. You will engage healthcare providers, educate on payer barriers, and navigate complex reimbursement processes to bridge clinical decisions and treatment initiation.

The role requires extensive Market Access experience, collaboration with HUB/SP teams, and strong stakeholder management within a hybrid work model. Candidates must reside in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 8+ years in biopharma or related Market Access roles.
• 4 years in Coverage/Access, Reimbursement, or related payer environments.
• Must have a valid US Driver's License with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory (Atlanta South).

Responsibilities

• Support Dermatology accounts with emphasis on New Account experiences to improve patient access.
• Monitor dashboards and coordinate with internal/external partners to escalate at-risk patient access cases.
• Collaborate with HUB case managers to ensure authorizations, appeals and shipments meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with SP NAE team and external SP account managers to assist patient care.
• Communicate with Regional and District Sales Leads to ensure offices are supported.
• Lead field initiatives when payer changes affect local, regional, or national markets.
