You will collaborate with HUB, SP NAE, and regional teams to monitor authorizations, manage escalations, and drive access solutions while working in a hybrid environment with 40% office time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical Market Access-related experience or equivalent.
• 4 years of Coverage/Access/Account Management experience in healthcare or payer settings.
• Valid US Driver’s License with limited moving violations.
• Must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support Dermatology accounts with focus on patient access and education to navigate payer barriers.
• Monitor HUB cases to ensure authorizations, appeals, and shipments align with expectations.
• Partner with SP NAE team to elevate cases and support SP requests for field support on patient cases.
• Collaborate with Regional/District Sales Leads and Clinical Account Specialists to ensure offices are supported.
• Lead field-based initiatives when payer changes affect local, regional, or national markets.
