UCB in Tampa, FL seeks a Field Reimbursement Executive to support patient access to UCB medicines. You will educate providers, navigate payer barriers, and bridge prescriber decisions with patient initiation across Dermatology accounts.

You will work with HUB teams, SPs, and regional field staff to ensure timely authorizations, appeals, and shipments. A hybrid work model applies with 40% in-office time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in biopharmaceutical or Market Access related roles.
• 4 years of Coverage/Access, Reimbursement, or related experience.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (greater Tampa, FL)

Aufgaben

• Support Dermatology accounts with a focus on positive patient access and streamlined office workflows.
• Monitor payer and HUB dashboards to intervene in cases where access may be at risk.
• Collaborate with HUB case managers, SP teams, and field staff to ensure timely authorizations and shipments.
• Engage with SP/NAE teams to escalate urgent payer issues and support SP requests for field coverage.
• Communicate with RSL, DSL, and CAS to ensure offices are fully supported and updated on payer changes.
