Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive to join the Market Access & Reimbursement team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on patient access for UCB medications by educating providers and navigating payer barriers within dermatology and related specialties.

The position requires extensive experience in market access, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead initiatives across local, regional, and national payer landscapes. A hybrid work model is supported in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or related Market Access roles.
• 4 years of experience in Coverage/Access, Reimbursement, or related healthcare settings.
• Valid US Driver's License with no more than 3 moving violations in 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Supports all Dermatology accounts with patient access and education to improve outcomes.
• Monitors payer data and coordinates with partners to resolve at-risk access cases.
• Collaborates with HUB case managers to ensure authorizations and shipments align with timelines.
• Interacts with SP and payer teams to address complex cases and support IDNs/Academic SPs.
• Communicates payer changes to regional and district leadership and drives access initiatives.
