Job summary

UCB Inc. in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive to join the Market Access & Reimbursement team to help patients access prescribed medicines by guiding providers through payer processes and education to overcome barriers.

You will collaborate with HUB teams, SP partners, and regional leaders to monitor authorizations, appeals, and shipments, ensuring timely access and alignment with deadlines while supporting patient care. This is a hybrid role with impact across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or related fields with Market Access or reimbursement focus.
• 4+ years in Coverage/Access, Reimbursement, or Account Management in healthcare or payer environments.
• Must have a valid US Driver's License with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Supports Dermatology accounts with emphasis on New Account experiences to enhance patient access.
• Monitors data dashboards and coordinates with partners to escalate cases affecting access.
• Collaborates with HUB case managers to keep patients on track and manage authorizations.
• Partners with SP NAE and external SP account managers to support patient care when needed.
• Communicates with Regional and District Sales Leads and Clinical Account Specialists to ensure support.
• Leads field-based initiatives when payer changes affect local, regional, or national markets.
