Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive for the Dermatology portfolio, based in Houston, TX.

You will support patient access by engaging with healthcare providers, navigating payer barriers and educating staff to integrate treatment into patient care. In this role, you will liaise with HUB case managers and SP teams, monitor payer policies, and drive access solutions across local, regional, and national levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in market access or related roles.
• 4 years of experience in coverage/access, reimbursement, or related areas.
• Valid US driver's license with ≤3 moving violations in 2 years.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Supports Dermatology accounts to optimize patient access and education.
• Monitors payer coverage and escalates cases to ensure timely access.
• Collaborates with HUB case managers to keep authorizations, appeals and shipments on track.
• Partner with SP NAE team to resolve payer issues and support SP field requests.
• Engage with Regional and District Sales Leaders to ensure accounts are supported.
• Lead field-based initiatives when payer changes impact local, regional, or national markets.
