Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Executive in Columbus, OH, to support patient access to prescribed UCB medicines.

This non-promotional role works within the Market Access & Reimbursement team, interfacing with providers, payers, and hubs to navigate coverage barriers and ensure timely treatment. You will collaborate with Regional Sales, DSLs, and Clinical Account Specialists, leading initiatives that improve access in Dermatology and related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical or related experience in Market Access, Sales, MSL, or reimbursement roles.
• 4 years of Coverage/Access, Reimbursement, or Account Management experience in healthcare or payer environments.
• Valid US driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations in 2 years.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Supports Dermatology accounts with emphasis on New Account experiences to improve patient access.
• Monitors data dashboards and coordinates with internal/external partners to address escalated access issues.
• Collaborates with HUB case managers to ensure patients receive medicine and stay on track with authorizations and shipments.
• Works with SP NAE team and SP accounts to intervene and support patient care as needed.
• Communicates with Regional and District Sales Leads and Clinical Account Specialists to ensure offices are supported.
• Leads field-based initiatives when payer changes affect local, regional, or national markets.
