Aon plc in Chicago seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant for Executive Compensation to lead client engagements, deliver analyses, and design executive pay programs. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals while delivering billable work.

This hybrid role may be located near an Aon office in Chicago, New York, DC, San Francisco, or Denver, and offers opportunities to influence board-level compensation design and work with Global 1000 clients.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of compensation or related experience.
• Executive compensation experience preferred.
• Technology and/or Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative background and ability to translate data into findings.

Responsabilidades

• Interface between Account Manager, junior staff, and client.
• Lead projects from start to finish within timelines and budgets.
• Review methodology/analysis/output on staffed projects.
• Mentor junior staff and provide feedback.
• Develop summary reports with findings and recommendations.
• Co-deliver client presentations.
