Aon plc is seeking an Associate Compensation Consultant to join our Employee Rewards advisory practice in Boston, with roles in Chicago, New York, and other major offices. You will apply market data and analytical insights to help clients with job architecture, benchmarking, career frameworks, and total rewards across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR or compensation consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of human resources, compensation consulting and/or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Support deliverables for small-to-medium-sized projects or defined workstreams within larger engagements.
• Develop client-ready deliverables that synthesize complex information.
• Support compensation design, job architecture, job evaluation, salary structure development, and cost modeling.
• Review and ensure methodology, analysis, and outputs are accurate across projects.
• Serve as a key resource among engagement leaders, project teams, and clients to support effective communication and execution.
• Develop reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
