Collinson Group is seeking an EUC Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Americas IT team in a hybrid role based in Dallas. You will manage and support PCs, mobility, servers, and network systems while complying with Collinson policies and PCI-DSS controls.

The role involves collaborating with global IT teams, handling end-user inquiries, and contributing to ongoing service improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working history.
• Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
• ITIL Foundations v4 preferred.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.
• AWS and Azure foundations certifications preferred.
• HDI Support Centre Analyst and/or Desktop Support Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot incidents; resolve problems.
• Manage day-to-day incidents and service requests in ITSM system.
• Verify backups and maintain end-user compute environment.
• Refine build and deployment processes for reliability and repeatability.
• Install and support Microsoft Office applications including Exchange/Office 365.
• Track licenses and assets; maintain accurate records.
• Perform basic PC, network, and mobility troubleshooting.
• Monitor servers and networks; support security tools and backups.
• Assist with local servers, VPNs, and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Create, edit and maintain user accounts and access controls.
• Suggest process improvements and document changes.
• Lead Tech Bar training and share knowledge base content.
• Publish user guides and provide updates as needed.
• Submit weekly status reports to the Line Manager.
