Job summary

Claritev is seeking an EUC Support Technician to deliver comprehensive end-user computing support across the organization, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals in office, remote, and hybrid environments.

You will support Windows and Apple ecosystems, manage Microsoft 365 apps, and handle device imaging, patching, and endpoint compliance while collaborating with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, ITIL certifications are preferred.
• 3–5 years of desktop/support experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional technical support to employees across onsite, remote, and hybrid users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, docking stations, printers, headsets, cameras.
