Job summary

Farm Credit Bank of Texas seeks an End-User Computing Engineer to support, enhance, and secure the Bank’s EUC environment. You will manage desktops, VDI, and endpoint tooling while driving automation and best practices across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, technical school certification, or equivalent technical experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Omnissa, VMware, or related technologies preferred.
• Three (3) or more years in a Systems Administrator/End-User Computing role.
• Experience administering enterprise Windows environments and endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise EUC services for performance and availability.
• Provide third-tier technical support and guidance to IT teams.
• Administer desktop OS, endpoint management platforms, and mobile devices.
• Implement endpoint security and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and app teams on initiatives.
