Job summary

Claritev is seeking an EUC Support Technician to deliver comprehensive end-user computing support across the organization, including Windows and Apple environments. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools in office, remote, and hybrid settings.

You will work with multiple IT teams to resolve incidents, ensure security and reliability, support onboarding, conferences, and deployments, and maintain

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; IT degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in desktop/End-User Computing support in corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and Apple environments and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, remote, and hybrid end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support Windows and Apple OS, Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and remote access tools.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, equipment refreshes, and device deployments.
• Support conference rooms, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom).
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and asset lifecycle records.
• Create knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
