The role emphasizes automation, documentation, and proactive improvements, with responsibilities spanning deployment, patching, and security hardening.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise EUC environments and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience administering enterprise Windows environments and endpoint management.
• 3+ years in Systems Admin/End-User Computing roles or similar.
• Experience with endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise EUC services for performance and availability.
• Provide third-tier technical support and guidance to IT teams.
• Administer desktop OS, endpoints, and related technologies.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, and application teams.
• Document standards, procedures, and operational support materials.
• Support deployment, patching, packaging, and update management.
