Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with Windows or Linux server administration, preferably RHEL.
• Familiarity with networks, scripting, and authentication technologies.
• Knowledge of provisioning internals (TFTP, PXE, GRUB, DHCP) and modern hosting architectures.
• Experience with containers, load balancers, automation, and IaC concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to departmental and end users.
• Process and complete access/resource creation requests.
• Assist with security patches, upgrades, and configuration.
• Assist with application server installation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and standards.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Shell, Perl, Ruby, PHP, Java, PowerShell or YAML.
• Create, modify, update technical and process documentation.
• Evaluate new technologies and document findings.
• Document basic processes and system configurations.
• On-call availability for resolving system emergencies, including after hours.
