Job summary

Point11 is building the infrastructure for the agent era and is hiring a solutions engineer to drive enterprise deals from discovery to close. You will craft live demos, answer security and data integration questions, and hand deployments to Forward Deployed Engineers.

Based in New York or willing to relocate, this hybrid role requires presenting to executives and engineers, shaping product input from customer feedback, and helping accelerate deals with repeatable demos and reference

Qualifications

• You've been a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or solutions architect for enterprise software.
• You're technical enough to build the demo yourself.
• You present to executives and engineers with equal ease.
• You know your way around SSO, data integration, and security reviews.
• You're in New York or willing to relocate; this role is hybrid, with client travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on discovery, demos, and technical close.
• Answer architecture, integration, and security questions with authority.
• Scope deployments and hand them cleanly to Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Turn what you hear from buyers into product input.
• Build reusable demos, answers, and reference architectures.
