The role is hybrid with a 2–3 day on-site schedule after training, offering a salary range of $95,000–$105,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and leadership.
• Active involvement in industry associations such as BOMA, IFMA, or similar networks.
• Experience selling facility services, building services, or other consultative services.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and target accounts.
• Build relationships with corporate executives, facility management leaders, property managers, and real estate stakeholders.
• Conduct strategic needs assessments and present customized facility solutions that align with client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver comprehensive facility solutions.
• Maintain active presence in industry groups to expand market visibility and opportunities.
