The role requires a hunter mindset with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline and delivering $100k–$120k base salary in a hybrid Arlington, VA office, 2-3 days per week after training.

Job description

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth within ABM’s Business & Industry (B&I) vertical by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships. This role focuses on developing relationships with C-suite executives, facility leaders, real estate professionals, and key decision-makers across commercial office, corporate campus, manufacturing, logistics, and mixed-use environments. The position requires a true hunter mentality with a strong emphasis on generating net-new opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.

Pay: $100,000– $120,000
