Job description

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth within ABM’s Business & Industry (B&I) vertical by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships. This role focuses on developing relationships with C-suite executives, facility leaders, real estate professionals, and key decision-makers across commercial office, corporate campus, manufacturing, logistics, and mixed-use environments. The position requires a true hunter mentality with a strong emphasis on generating net-new opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.

Pay: $100,000– $120,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’seducation, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.

Hybrid role: Office in office 2-3 day a week after training. Office is located in Arlington, VA
