Job summary

Canon USA seeks an experienced sales professional to sell Canon hardware and software solutions to companies within assigned accounts. You will develop strategies to penetrate Major Accounts, build relationships, and manage activities with strong autonomy, excellent communication, and time management skills.

The role involves some local travel, a hybrid work model, and a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $81,550 with incentive compensation and transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in office technology, business to business, outside sales.
• Strong communication skills including the desire to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses.
• An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.
• The ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.
• Some travel required within local market, may include overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary)

Responsibilities

• Penetrate accounts by engaging key decision makers at Major Account level to place Canon equipment and solutions.
• Report customer activity to management, identifying requirements, trends and changing environments.
• Develop strategic plans to address customer requirements on a local basis with short and long-term goals.
• Provide marketing, technical, and administrative support to named accounts to ensure outstanding relations and support.
• Develop plans to introduce Canon technology, service, software, and 3rd party solutions to address customer requirements.
• Establish high-level relationships to foster long-term partnerships with customers.
• Develop plans to address customer requirements using available resources efficiently.
