Qualifications

• 1+ year experience for Experienced Engineering Recruiter.
• 3+ years experience for Senior Engineering Recruiter.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
• Autonomous and rigorous with strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs via social networks and professional networks.
• Crafts and sends recruiting emails.
• Executes sourcing searches (cold calls, networking, Boolean searches, targeted firms) and manages candidate experience through the process.
• Screens candidates to determine availability, interest, and fit with business unit needs.
• Maintains accurate pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, and contact data.
