Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead Recruiters and partner with Account Managers, reporting to the US Recruitment Director.

You will build candidate networks, drive sourcing campaigns, and provide market insights to hire across engineering disciplines while maintaining compliance and a commitment to diversity and quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years recruiting experience; engineering recruiting preferred.
• Management experience required.
• Experience with reporting and KPI tracking is highly preferred.
• Greenhouse applicant tracking system knowledge; ability to be Super User.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
• Autonomous and rigorous with high technical interest.
• Ability to manage priorities while being a team player with company interests in mind.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to account managers through the recruiting process, reporting to the US Recruitment Director.
• Mentor, guide and coach recruiters and ensure system compliance for all recruiters.
• Build long-term candidate relationships via social and professional networks (LinkedIn, CB, Handshake, Jobvite).
• Craft recruiting emails and drive sourcing pipelines.
• Execute sourcing searches and manage candidate experience through the process.
• Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence for hiring decisions.
• Develop recruitment campaigns to create diverse pools of candidates.
• Screen candidates for availability, fit, and business needs.
• Maintain accurate pipelines of searches and recruiting activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with special projects and navigate databases.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, who will manage Recruiters, be a Business Partner for our Account Managers while providing recruitment support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a business partner to account managers throughout the recruiting process, reporting to theUS Recruitment Director while keeping the VPinformed
• Mentor, guide and coach other recruiters, and assure system compliance for allrecruiters
• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidateson social media and professional networks (e.g.LinkedIn, CB, Handshake, and Jobvite.)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
• Provide talent market insights, competitiveintelligenceand talent demographics as appropriate to enableUS Recruitment DirectorandAccount Managersto be best informed on market conditions.
• Develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools/ pipelines of high-quality candidates
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.
• Ensures compliance with all policies
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Ability to navigate databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Min 5 years recruiting experience, preferably minimum 1 year of engineering recruiting experience
• Management experience is required
• Experience in reporting and KPI tracking is highly preferred
• Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) knowledge & interest in becoming the Super User for systems
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical interest
• Able to manage his/her own priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
