Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking two strong engineering recruiters to support our growth in Greensboro, North Carolina. Roles include both Experienced and Senior levels, with on-site four days a week and one remote day weekly, reflecting a hybrid arrangement.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Business or related field and 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and autonomous, rigorous work style. Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of full-time recruiting experience (Experienced Engineer Recruiter).
• 3+ years of experience for Senior Engineer Recruiter.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.
