Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in the United States to partner with account managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You will mentor recruiters, ensure system compliance, and actively build candidate networks via social platforms and Jobvite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years recruiting experience, engineering recruiting preferred.
• Management experience required.
• Experience in reporting and KPI tracking is highly preferred.
• Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) knowledge & interest in becoming the Super User for systems.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural context.
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical interest.
• Able to manage priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to account managers throughout the recruiting process, reporting to the US Recruitment Director while keeping the VP informed.
• Mentor, guide and coach other recruiters, and assure system compliance for all recruiters.
• Proactively build candidate relationships and networks via social media and professional networks.
• Craft recruiting emails and execute sourcing searches to manage candidate experience.
• Provide talent market insights and demographics to enable leadership to stay informed on market conditions.
• Develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pipelines of high‑quality candidates.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, and fit.
• Establish and maintain accurate pipelines with activity and contact data.
• Ensure compliance with policies and assist with special projects as needed.
• Navigate databases efficiently.
