Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time recruiting experience for Experienced Engineer Recruiter.
• Senior Engineer Recruiter requires at least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
• Autonomous and rigorous with high technical knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Greenhouse ATS/CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds long-term candidate relationships and networks across social platforms.
• Crafts and sends recruiting emails.
• Executes sourcing searches using cold calling, networking, and Boolean techniques.
• Screens candidates for availability, interest, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• To qualify for the Experienced Engineering Recruiter min. 1 full year experience
• To qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred

We offer competitive base salary plus commission. Base salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
