Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiters, partner with account managers, and drive candidate sourcing and outreach. You will mentor teams, ensure system compliance, and build strong candidate pipelines across engineering domains.

You will shape recruitment campaigns, analyze market insights, and maintain robust candidate databases while collaborating with senior leadership in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years recruiting experience, preferably minimum 1 year of engineering recruiting experience and/or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and interest in becoming the Super User.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills for a multicultural context.
• Autonomous and rigorous with high technical interest.
• Able to manage own priorities while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to account managers throughout the recruiting process, reporting to the US Recruitment Director while keeping the VP informed.
• Mentor, guide and coach other recruiters, and assure system compliance for all recruiters.
• Proactively build solid candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs via social networks and professional platforms.
• Craft recruiting emails and execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, Boolean searches, etc.).
• Provide talent market insights to enable leadership to make informed decisions.
• Develop recruitment campaigns to provide diverse pools for vacancies.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate pipelines of searches and recruiting activity.
