Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred or 2–4 years of technical support experience.
• ITIL v3 accreditation and current OS qualifications such as MCSA/MCSE/A+/Network+ requested.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, Office 365, OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Android and iOS.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, EntraID, Intune, networking basics and ITIL service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for executives and admins, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
• Manage executive laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripherals with Office 365, Teams and OneDrive.
• Triage and resolve escalated Help Desk issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 and field services for timely resolutions.
• Support infrastructure projects and executive office upgrades; suggest improvements.
