Job summary

Centene in Austin, TX is seeking a lead-level IT Support specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance for end users and site IT infrastructure, including network, print, audio/video, and office setup. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems and install software updates across the network.

• Requires 4+ years of related experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with Windows OS, iOS, Mac OS, and networking.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware delivery and setup; customize systems for end user needs.
• Oversee analysis, testing, and debugging of computer systems.
• Provide second level support for laptop/desktop break-fix and remote desktop support.
• Support OS, applications, security services, and hardware issue resolution for users.
• Resolves LAN/WAN issues and coordinates with IT teams to maintain infrastructure.
• Performs data transfer and manages imaging operations.
• Reports status and resource needs for service tickets.
• Provides end user training and education; complies with all policies.
