Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in an enterprise IT support, Help Desk, or End User Services role.
• Proficiency supporting macOS and Windows in a corporate network.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Active Directory; MDM: Jamf Pro and Intune.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and methodical approach.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and OS across offices and remote setups.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, laptop provisioning, and identity lifecycle access.
• Maintain ITSM ticket queues (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) within SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot productivity tools and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, M365).
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and InfoSec to deploy updates and enforce endpoint compliance.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate repairs, replacements, and refreshes.
• Draft and update self-service knowledge base and SOPs.
