Ideal candidates bring warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience, strong data analysis, and excellent collaboration with inventory, transportation, and operations teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or DTC/e-commerce fulfillment.
• Ability to analyze order volume, inventory, workload, and operational data.
• Strong familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organization and planning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor order volume and workflow; adjust wave releases to support fulfillment.
• Review data to determine order release sequencing based on demand and inventory.
• Coordinate with DTC Operations leadership to balance workload across picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping.
• Identify delays, inventory issues, or capacity constraints affecting orders.
• Resolve order, inventory, and system discrepancies to progress fulfillment.
• Prioritize expedited and high-priority orders per business and customer needs.
• Communicate changes in volume, priorities, and system issues to partners.
• Maintain accurate system data and wave planning documentation.
