Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Material Operations Coordinator to help manage weekly VAS production schedules with 3PL and ensure smooth material flows across the supply chain.

You will review production documents, coordinate with internal teams and transport partners, and prepare regular reports. Strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and clear communication are essential to support on-time manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1-2 years related experience.
• Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
• Strong writing and reading skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Strong oral communication and data interpretation.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly VAS production schedules with 3PL based on demand and line capacity.
• Review documents, system data, and other instructions for each job to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with 3PL operations and transportation departments as needed to verify inventory, shipping dates, and related info.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and information for each job are obtained in a timely manner.
• Prepares and distributes reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements pertaining to price ticketing and prep.
• Able to perform work with accuracy and operate MS Office; learn various programs.
• Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.
