Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a DTC Lead at the San Bernardino Distribution Center to coordinate warehousing operations, including shipping and receiving, and to train and guide team members across shifts.

You will ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, while upholding policies and processes. The role requires coordinating IPT activities, leading wave planning, and mentoring Reach Equipment operators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Ability to plan, assign and direct work.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong collaboration with employees at all levels.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping docs, reports, safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math skills including add/subtract/multiply/divide.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign work across shipping, receiving, and warehouse departments.
• Follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Provide direction to employees and ensure adherence to policies and processes.
• Facilitate training to ensure teams understand established processes.
• Report progress to supervisor and address work-related concerns.
• Lead creation and deployment of IPTs and Pull IPT processes.
• Coordinate Wave Planning IPT activities and training for Reach Equipment operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
