Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Supervisor of Distribution Center Operations to lead fast-paced, customer-centric ecommerce fulfillment teams.

You will supervise teams, coordinate daily workflow, leverage WMS and OMS, and monitor key DTC metrics to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

This role emphasizes coaching, training, and continuous improvement to sustain speed, accuracy, and service quality in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates supporting DTC order fulfillment.
• Coordinate and manage daily workflow to ensure timely processing of consumer orders.
• Leverage WMS, order management systems, and reporting tools to plan staffing and monitor order flow.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, packaged to brand standards, and shipped on time.
• Monitor DTC metrics such as order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, units per hour, and on-time shipment.
• Lead training and development initiatives to meet evolving eCommerce demands.
