Mattel is seeking a Material Operations Coordinator to plan, create, and release daily order waves for Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment. You will monitor workload, adjust wave sequencing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order processing and inventory alignment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong WMS familiarity, and precise execution in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or DTC/e-commerce fulfillment environment preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret order volume, inventory, workload, reports, graphs, and other operational data.
• Strong WMS familiarity and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor order volume and workflow throughout the shift and adjust wave releases and priorities to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Review system data, order demand, inventory availability, and requirements to determine release sequencing.
• Coordinate with DTC Operations leadership to balance workload across picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping areas.
• Monitor wave and order progress to identify delays, inventory issues, capacity constraints, or other exceptions.
• Research and resolve order, inventory, and system discrepancies to prevent fulfillment delays.
• Prioritize expedited, time-sensitive, and high-priority orders per business needs.
