Audacy is seeking a Digital Account Executive in Hartford, CT to drive revenue growth in Audacy's Digital Audio business. Develop new business with Local, National, and Regional advertisers and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

The role requires at least 2 years of digital sales experience and strong collaboration with internal teams. Audacy offers comprehensive benefits and a hybrid onsite work arrangement.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of digital sales experience with a track record of developing new business and hitting goals.
• Ability to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace products and digital marketing tools; adaptable to new technologies.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive New Business: Identify and cultivate high-value business opportunities across Local, National, and Regional markets.
• Expand Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Lead the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to successful close, collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
• Strategic Collaboration: Provide critical feedback to internal teams, helping refine offerings and positioning in the market.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep informed about emerging digital trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.
